Consulting for service, maintenance and repair structures

As an independent external consultant, I support government agencies and industry in developing and optimizing service concepts, with a focus on specially protected vehicles. My work also encompasses equipment, generators, and other technical systems in the operational environment.

My approach combines strategic structure with practical operational experience. The focus is on realistic maintenance intervals, reliable annual and resource planning, and economically viable service processes that work in everyday practice.

The goal is a balanced, transparent service model that meets both the requirements of the end customer and the framework conditions of the commissioned company – as a basis for long-term and trust-based cooperation.

On-site operational support is possible if required, but is not the main focus of the consulting service.
